(1)   Cognitive development of visually impaired children
     1.  Perception: The hearing of visually impaired children is very sensitive
     2.  Blind children have some difficulties in forming spatial perception
     3.  Strong auditory memory and tactile memory
     4.  Visually impaired children have some difficulties in concept formation
(2)   Language development of visually impaired children
     1.  There is no obvious problem in the development of spoken language, but it is not                   good at using gestures to help speak
     2.  Characteristics of written language development:
           It is easy to read, but it is difficult to understand the meaning of some words.
           Slower reading and writing of written language
